GIMP FIST are celebrating their 20th anniversary with the brand new track "History Repeats." "HISTORY REPEATS" is special in every way: The song surprises with a sound that is very atypical for Gimp Fist, taking excursions into folk-punk, and for good reason: It is released exactly 20 years after their first pub concert on June 6, 2005, in Bishop Auckland and musically captures that very atmosphere. Instead of just celebrating themselves like usual anniversary songs, the lyrics convey a clear message to society and politics for mutual respect and peace, as the signs unfortunately point to "History Repeats," considering all the current conflicts worldwide.
